when summer time hits, the vehicle always overheats with A/C on . everything is functioning properly. would a change to electric dual fans be the fix for this problem? i hear all h3s have.

Does it overheat at highway speeds or is it specific to in town driving? Have you ever replaced the fan clutch to see if that eliminates the issue?

If the problem only seems to happen in town and you have replaced the fan clutch, then yes electric fans would help. However, you will need to wire them separately from the rest of the system because there are no power supplies built into the vehicles electrical system.
