Cooling system, where is the petcock located?

I'm looking for the drain pit cock. I'm told it is on the passenger side of the truck. There is a rubber boot (for want of a better word) on that side. Is the petcock under there?

Hi,

It is on the passenger side bottom of the radiator. I attached a picture of its location below. As far as a rubber boot is concerned, I'm not sure what you are referring to. If possible, take a picture and upload it for me to see.
