I'm replacing the whole engine coolant/thermostat housing assembly and I've gotten to removing the water pump hose in the rear. I doesn't have a clamp or bolt to hold it on. How do I remove it, and how do I reinstall it so there is no leak?

Can you upload an image of what you are looking at? If you are talking about the metal tube it needs to be remove along with the water pump, this tube connects the the thermostat housing. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
