The fans will not come on. I got the relays tested and the fans tested and both are good. what could be the issue?

I do not know what country you are in, but in the US Dodge does not make a Venture. Chevrolet does though. We also need an engine size to supply you with the wiring diagram that you will have to use to troubleshoot the system.

Doris, you also need to specify whether you have the front-wheel-drive Caravan or the rear-wheel-drive full-size "B" van. Those are two totally different vehicles with very different radiator fan systems. Wrenchtech asked you very legitimate questions, including engine size. We need to know what you did not supply because it helps us get to the right information the first time. Wrenchtech is good really good at this.
