I have replaced the coolant sensor and thermostat moved the radiator fan relays replaced fuses. Just did the common crank sensor replacement issue.
also I have codes p1126, P1140 and p1130 up. And I still cannot get the radiator fans to come on unless the AC is on. Yes the car goes up to the hot line before anyone asks. Note: I said fans both fans are working when AC is on just not when AC is off.

Hello,

Those codes are all over the map and with the fan control issue it sounds like the PCM is bad. Here is the fan wiring diagrams so you can see how it works which you can see its not that complicated. I would try plugging in a used PCM here is the location as well.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken

Okay, I will give that a try.
Any ideas how to fix the engine code p1130 and P1140? I got 1126 to go off and stay off. I do not want to replace the air swirl valves but if I will if I have to.

Yes, the used PCM should solve all of that. The fact that the fan driver inside the PCM is bad the computer is having a hard time. Can you remove the electrical connectors and check for corrosion please?
