cooling system diagram needed

Cooling fans will not engage when car is hot, relay and fans work fine and have been tested, is there a fuse located anywhere that could be causing us trouble, cannot find the diagram.

here is diagram of system check for a bad connection at fan relay or burnt wires also ground which is on left hand side of frame.
