I have the car listed above that overheats due to cooling fan not turning on. I checked the fan, fuse, relay and they all work. I bought new coolant temperature switch and a new temperature sensor and the fan still does not turn on. When I take the relay cap off and press on the magnetic piece the system works and the fan turns on, but the fan wouldn’t turn on when the car starts to overheat. Do you know what it might be? I really need the help.

Can you get a video of what happens or what you are doing to get the fan to come on? I am not sure I understand what you mean by removing the cap and pressing on it and it works.

So I am thinking a video of you doing this will clear that up quickly. Once we see this, I think we will have a better idea what the issue could be. Thanks
