Hi. I did the code test and it came up as the relay, P0480. I replaced the fan relay and the code still comes up. I have a duel fan system. The passenger fan works fine with no sound. The driver side fan comes on but with ticking, almost like something is in it. I also replaced the fuse since it was bad also. So, after replacing the relay and the fuse the driver side fan still makes the ticking sound, then shuts off, while the other fan is still on, then it will come back on till the ticking sound gets louder and quicker till it shuts off again. I think I explained everything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

It sounds like you have a bad fan that is damaging these other components.

If it is not physically contacting the blades, it has to be a bad motor.
