I bought a grandma vehicle for cheap and unfortunately it sat for awhile. The car only overheats when it idles and I noticed the fans don't kick on when the heat rises. I checked the fuse and it had blown. Of the two fans one wants to barely spin and I know it needs replacing. My question is, how do I go about replacing the fan do I need to remove anything or do I have to go in from the front?

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included the wiring diagrams for the engine cooling fans for your vehicle as well as guides on how to find unwanted resistance and opens in an automotive electrical circuit for you to go through. If the electrical circuit looks okay, then I have also included the instructions on the removal and installation of your vehicle's engine cooling fans as well. You will need to use a Digital Multi-meter [DMM] to go through these guides. here is a link to a guide explaining how to use one, if needed, below:

Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you find out or how everything turns out please.

Thanks,
Alex
