My cooling fans will not turn on. I have changed all relays, thermostat, jumped fans and they worked and the temperature sensor. I am at a loss on what to check or why they do not work. Please help.

Check all three relays and see if PCM is sending power to tell relays to engage.

It may be a bad connection in the fuse box to the relays. try tweaking prongs a tad and put a little dielectric grease on them. A small tube at an auto parts store cost about $2.00.
