I replaced temperature control, I replaced thermostat, I replaced cooling fans, I replaced radiator and antifreeze. My car is the model with a VIN. fourth number is 2. But it is not the fourth position from left to right, that letter is W. The eighth number is 0. Again in the eighth position from let to right the letter is J.

Good morning.

The cooling fans are controlled by the coolant sensor. A signal is sent to the ECM from the sensor when it get to the temperature the fans will turn on. It will then ground the control side of the relay and turn on the fan.

I would replace the coolant sensor.

The sensor is easy to replace and in plain view.
