New cooling fan not working

Installed new cooling fan, ECT sensor, relay and fuse.

If the thermostat is stuck closed will this not allow the fan to operate?

Did you check for power to the relay? You need to test for power to the wires I highlighted in the diagram.

No, if the thermostat was stuck closed, it would heat up real fast and will turn on the fan.

Does it come on with the AC?
