cooling fan not working properly

cooling fan runs as soon as you start the car cold.

Hi,

If the A/C is turned on, the condenser fan will be on, so check to make sure the AC or defroster isn't turned on.

Next, either there is a short to power, a bad relay, or a faulty temp sensor. First, I want you to remove one relay at a time to see which one causes the fan to turn off. If none turn it off, we have a short to power after the relay.

I attached the wiring schematic below. I highlighted three relays to be checked. The last two pics show the relay locations in the boxes. If you find the fan does turn off, the relay could be bad, Here is a link that explains how to test one:
