Fans not working. I have checked fuses and relays and all checked good. I pulled fans and gave direct power and both work fine. AC fan plug keeps a constant 12 volts. Radiator fan plug no power. What should I do? If I am not mistaking AC kicks on while I am driving the vehicle.

Good evening.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

Check all three fuses listed for power on both sides with the key on.

The fans are controlled by the PCM based on AC switches input and the coolant sensor for the cooling system.

Try removing the wire connector from the coolant sensor with the key on and see if the cooling fans come on.
