Coolant temperature warning and engine light on yesterday. No prior warning or issues. There has been no visible coolant leak. The engine has not made any noise and has not been riding rough. Oil and filter done beginning of Oct. Only other recent work was a wheel bearing, new tires and front brakes. We’ve owned the car for a year and a half.

This means the engine is getting too hot. When the engine is cold, I would check the coolant level, this video will help you, and can I ask if the cooling fan was running while these warning lights were on?

Let's run the codes as well to see if any are stored that can help us find the problem.
