Where is the Coolant Temperature Sensor located for replacement?

I am trying to locate the coolant temperature sensor on my vehicle and I can't locate it.

Here's a drawing that shows where it is. Be aware temperature sensors have a very low failure rate because there's just one component inside them. Problems in this circuit are much more likely to be caused by wiring and connector terminal problems.
