Where is the Coolant temperature sensor location on a 2010 ford Ranger 2.3 liter / 4 cylinder engine

The CHT on that engine is installed into the cylinder head on the right side. It controls the fans and the temperature gauge. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
