I am trying to find and replace the coolant temperature sensor in my 2003 ford ranger 2.3lt. 4-cylinder engine. I'm having a hard time finding it. If possible, an image or diagram would help a lot, thank you in advance.

The engine coolant sensor or cylinder head temperature sensor is in between the ignition coils. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
