Where is the location of the Temperature sensor on the engine?

Where is the location of the Temperature sensor on the engine? 32V DOHC 4.6. The Temp runs a little high. But is not overheating. The coolant fan kicks in. Is the trap? Air in the system?

It looks like the coolant sensor is near the thermostat housing. Here is the location in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
