I am trying to locate where the cylinder head temperature sensor.

It just screws out. You shouldn't have any trouble. Here are the torque specs for when you are installing the new one:

Installation

1. Note: Make sure that a new component is installed.
Torque : 106 lb. In (12 Nm)

Please note that the torque specs are inch pounds and not foot pounds.

When I ran the code reader on the van the same code came up three times. Does that mean there are three different things wrong?
