Coolant leak

I pour in coolant and it flows just as fast as I pour it in straight through to the oil pan. I've replaced head gaskets and I getting frustrated with why it's happening.

Hello,

Could this be leaking from a hose? Can you see where it is coming out of? As you know coolant should not leak from the oil pan.
So it just happened after the head gasket replacement?
