coolant mixing with oil

My coolant is mixing in with my oil, it has caused a chocolate milk substance and my car will not cut back on.

Good morning,

This is too early for the oil cooler set up that is usually the issue.

If there is oil in the coolant, it indicates an issue with the block or head gasket.

Does the engine run?
