Two or three days, suddenly I saw low coolant light is on. Mainly it happened after drove some distance if I reversed & try to go forward. After stopping couple minutes it will become normal. What would you recommend me to do?

Check fluid level and check for leakage by pressure testing system. if it's is no leakage and full then keep an eye on it for a bit.

I already checked the fluid level, its in between cool & hot level, but near to the hot level. Is it necessary to adding oil? If it so, after adding oil which level it must to be?Is it possible to check leakage in pressure testing system at home or I will have to get help of technical workshop?

Lastly I found the case, the radiator fan is not working. Without knowing this case I had drived some distance(4 km) when the coolant light was working. That may get trouble to the engine? Soon I will replace the radiator fan. So thank you for helping me to solve this problem.

It sounds like it could be a stuck thermostat which make the engine overheat quickly.

here are a couple of links:

and
