Intially I thought my radiator hose pipe was leaking; but the local mechanic is unable to diagnose whether it is problem of radiator or coolant hose pipe. One mechanic told me to change the entire coolant auxiliary pipe kit because the pipes are swollen. Leakage starts once coolant pressure increases in the system. Please could you see the pipes' condition and I'm installing a new radiator anyway but do I need a new kit or only one pipe could fix the problem? I was unable find the exact pipe model number online please help me!

You found the leak at the radiator, the other coolant hoses look okay so I would run them. Thanks for the videos they helped. Let me know if you need further help.

So the new radiator and coolant radiator hose pipe is the fix, right sir! And the other doubt is, do steel clamp clips gets loosen very often from those hoses. Recently my car turbo air intake pipe was laying down due to loosening of that clamp clip.

Yes, these clamps will loosen up. I would switch over to spring loaded clamps.
