I need to know where the weep hole is so I can determine whether it's the water pump or an unseen coolant hose.

Sure, the weep hole is located in the lower side of the water pump right at the base of the shout where the pulley bolts on. Here is a guide to help show you:

You will need to remove the timing chain cover to get a good look at it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
