Car is leaking coolant somewhere near the exhaust. I heard a click sound then leak of anti freeze occurred on exhaust.

Hello, I am Danny,
What I would suggest to have done is a cooling system pressure test. What is does is pressurize the system with the engine not running and you will see where the coolant leak(s) are coming from. If you don't have access to a pressure tester your local auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one. I have attached a tutorial for you to look at that shows what is involved.
