Coolant leak the metal tube at the back of the motor

My truck just sprung a leak out of the metal tube at the back of the motor on passenger side which is connected to heater hose. i am trying to find out what the part is called where these hoses connect to.

The part you are after is called the Engine Coolant Valley Tube. I have included the Original Equipment Manufacturer[OEM] part number for this in the diagrams down below. I hope that this helps.
