Coolant leak

Good day car experts. I have a problem with my coolant leaking out of the bottom of my car. It typically only does it after driving it in the hot sun. When the car is off is when it begins to leak badly which leads me to think it is when the pressure is off is when it leaks. I am praying it is a hose clamp or maybe some hoses need to be replaced. I have tried stop leak one time and it did not solve anything. After driving it for fifteen minutes or so it begins to have steam coming from what looks like the top of the engine where the hood meets the cab of the car. Any suggestions would be great.

Hello,

I cannot remember if the water pump is in the front or rear of the engine. If it is at the rear of the engine I would say look there first.
