Coolant leak

On the top right side of the engine where the lower hose from the radiator connects to a black plastic box with many other connected hoses is where the coolant comes out when I try to fill the radiator with coolant. please help, thanks.

the picture i am showing is off a Mazda 6 as we do not show a Mazda 5 unless it is an MX5, but what is shown is a thermostat housing and there is a gasket/o-ring that may be leaking.
