Got home to find that my upper radiator hose had burst. Replaced hose. Couldn't get the heater to blow hot. Popped open radiator to find low on water. Filled radiator and found coolant leak on the driver's side, somewhere near the thermostat housing. Don't know exactly where it is leaking from. Any ideas ??!

You need to do a cooling system pressure test. Any local parts house should have the tool to do this. It will help you determine the leak by pressurizing the cooling system and should start spewing coolant/water from where it's compromised so you can see it visually without the vehicle actually running.
