First had vehicle and no heat until going fifty mph. Replaced thermostat, water pump, oil pan, serpentine belt, radiator. Some how radiator plug comes out? Replace but now overheating over fifty mph? No leaking fluid, no water in oil, and not losing power on acceleration. Can drive all day in town no problem, get on highway and she overheats! Remove air lock and then drive later and it will overheat when driving over fifty mph! What is going on?

The radiator may be part blocked, get it removed and have a core clean done, doing just a back flush will not do as you may have blocked core tubes restricting flow of coolant.
