Coolant in spark plugs?

This has been a problem with my car when I fill up the coolant. I have to keep the coolant low to have in not get into the spark plugs. I was wondering if this is a common problem, and if so, is there a way to fix it?

It sounds like you have blown head gasket, but I need to ask is the coolant inside the cylinder or outside the in the spark plug well? Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
