Okay, so the coolant fan doesn't run at all. I started in the easier places looking at the fuses and relay under the hood. Neither looked bad but I did replace the relay anyway since I have no way of testing these things. When that didn't work I tried replacing the fan motor, which did not work, and now I'm kinda stuck. I do have the air cranked so it should be activating the fan, but it just blows hot sure and the coolant fan won't move.

Can you clarify which fan is not working? The coolant fan is in the engine compartment behind the radiator. It pulls air across the radiator to cool the coolant down so the engine doesn't overheat.

When you say it just blows hot air makes me think we are talking about the blower motor/fan inside the vehicle that blows the air out of the vents.

Clearly there are very different issues so let's just get on the same page and we can go from there.
