Coolant boiling but engine not overheating?

Coolant boiling but engine not overheating and decreasing became low in system after discharge at accumulator. What can cause and what to do?

If the coolant is boiling then the engine is overheating, I would make sure there are no leaks and replace the radiator cap to start. How long does it take for the coolant to boil? If in a short drive, you could have a stuck thermostat which is common.
