coolant and oil gauge not working

oil and coolant temp sender units have been changed. instrument cluster has been changed with known good one. cool ant and oil gauges still read dead. all low. no sweep.

pics show how to test gauges you need resistors and a ohm meter. you can get resistors if you have a radio shack around. see if senders are getting a low voltage signal or a flashing light with a test light. if not it's a wiring issue. I screwed u p on this and sent info for testing coolant instead of oil pressure but they test the same anyhow........pics show color of wires to test

CHECK FUSE # 18

ALSO CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS VOLTAGE TO IT
