Okay, this is super dumb and embarrassing, but I bought one those small thin anti freeze glass tubes to check the the coolants temperature protection, the ones where you stick it in the reservoir and suck it out. I have no clue how but accidentally dropped it inside the reservoir, it is a glass tube that is about I would say four to five inches! Is this something I should worry about or something I should definitely try removing but for the most part I should not worry too much and lose sleep over? Any help would be super appreciated. Haha cannot believe this happened. The only thing that fell was the glass the plastic tubing I took off.

Nothing to worry about. Things can be hard to fish out due to the shape of the reservoir.
