Hi,

Please assist.
After I changed the intake manifold and put everything back, I tried to add the coolant before starting the car, all 6 gallons of coolant went straight to oil pan.
Any idea why?

Yep, the intake gasket is not installed correctly or the gaskets are not correct or the intake manifold has broken upon reinstallation. You will need to remove the intake for inspection. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
