My top just stopped about half way up one day. Had to do all the things to manually get it down. Motor still runs when you hit the switch.

Hi,

If you hear the pump working, the hydraulic fluid could be low. Have you checked that?

The pump and reservoir are behind the rear seat. To access them, the top needs to be in the open position.

Once you locate the reservoir, the tank is mounted to it with a max and min indicator. See if it is low.

If the fluid is full and the pump operates, let me know if it sounds different. There could be an issue with one of the solenoid valves.

I attached a pic of the reservoir and pump below.

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe
