Convertible top issue?

It keeps giving a message to visit shop after it makes an unlatch sound, but nothing moves. I know fluid is low but even so it should at least try to move and show a sound of hydraulic. I can't get any codes.

It sounds like the motor is weak which is common, also I see in the video the headrests seem to be hitting the top? The system self-bleeds, here is how to change the pump motor control module. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
