After replacing starter and batter many interior electric issues

Had to change my starter and battery. Now my controller for heat, air, heated seats etc, will not come on at all.

Hello,

It sounds like you had a voltage surge which popped a fuse ( there are 5 fuses, #16, 54, 21, 11 and 17). here is a guide to help you check the fuses with the fuse locations along with the HVAC system wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
