Control panel not working

Not working control panel and not working turn lights, alarm lights. Speedometer is okay, fuse, okay, turn relay okay (works on 3.3 Grand Voyager). Needed wiring diagram, to find wires by color and voltage on connector pins.

If the fuses and grounds are good it sounds like the climate control panel might be out . To be sure here is a guide to help you check power and grounds with the control panel wiring diagrams below:
