control arm bracket replacement?

how easy to replace circled part on control arm sliding old one out and getting a new one in?

They are a press fit item. You have to remove the A-arm from the car, then use a press to take it apart, then line up and press on the replacement. Once it's together you need to check the alignment. If the rear bushing is worn the front is likely as bad. It would be a better deal if you just replaced the complete arm with new. The bushings are $92.00 each for OE and they take about 2 hours to do both sides and you still have the old ball joints and front bushings. Or you can get the complete arms with all new parts through places like Rock Auto for about $150.00 per side for the better ones and not need a press, they would be simpler and take about an hour to change both sides.
