Hello,
A common fault for the Opel Corsa E is a voltage discrepancy between the accelerator pedal position sensor 1+2. Usual fault code is P2138, sensor A+B disagree
It is commonly caused by a faulty accelerator pedal but can also be caused by bad connection at the 6-pin pedal connector or bad wiring back to the ECM
If you want to test the wiring best use a voltmeter.
How to use:

and
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring
The wiring from the 6pin pedal connector routes to the ECM at connector A, black/blue 73pin.
Pin 1, brown/red wire to ECM pin 11 5V sensor 2
Pin 2, white/red wire to ECM pin 12 5V sensor 1
Pin 3, yellow/white wire to ECM pin 45 Signal sensor 1
Pin 4, black/blue wire to ECM pin 28 Low reference sensor 1
Pin 5, black/violet wire to ECM pin 27 Low reference sensor 2
Pin 6, green/white wire to ECM pin 33 Signal sensor 2
How to test:
Ignition off
Disconnect connector at accelerator pedal
Check at pins 4+5 to a good ground for less than 5ohm
Ignition on
Check at pins 1+2 for 4.8-5.2V, ensure voltage is equal on both pins
Check on live data that both acc pedal position sensors read less than 0.2V
Regarding battery saver active warning this usually means that the management system is seeing a low battery charge, suggest to check the battery terminals and the battery sensor, mounted to the negative battery terminal.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Boris
