I am adding tons of coolant to the radiator. Seems to just be running through it. I have checked oil for gains. And nothing to say I have water in oil.

Where is that water going?

Start with a cooling system pressure test to see if there are any external leaks, and you can do a head check. this is a simple chemical test to see if there is any exhaust gasses in the cooling system. if positive you will have a head or gasket problem, start here.
