Red light constant flashing

Red light constantly flashes on radio and the emergency lights flash. It does not matter if you are driving or parked with it running. What can this be and how to fix it?

You probably need a multi-function switch (hazards, turn signals, wipers, and so on run through it). I do not have my computer right now so i cannot look up specifics but I can later if needed.
