Condenser fan issue?

If a new fuse and relay repair it for a while I suspect the fans motor is drawing excess current. That draw finally causes the relay contacts to fail and then it blows the fuse. Suzuki left the US market long ago so I cannot give you wire colors to test but an inline amp meter like the one shown would show you the current draw when the motor is on. Look at that and the fuse rating. Say the fuse is 10 amps, normally that would be on a 5-6 amp maximum load. So if you tested it and find say 9.5 amps then there is excess draw. In that case you would replace the fan or the fan motor. Some you can take apart and clean but that depends on the part. A quick test to see if it is binding would be to try to spin it and see how long it spins. It should be very free and a good flick should make it spin a few seconds. If it's stiff and hard to turn, that is the issue.
