Lots of condensation on my windshield?

Yesterday i had a lot of condensation on my windshield and ran my heat for a few moments before running wipers and it cleared easily. Today, however , I didn’t run the heat in my car prior to running my wiper blades , and I noticed it left blurry smears and then I tried to clear it up by squirting wiper fluid and it cleared up a tad but I noticed in direct sunlight there were major streaks, is this normal with condensation? By the way these wipers are Bosch evolutions just got in June brand new never encountered smearing before until said condensation

Also wanted to add that yesterday it was about 70 degrees out and today 68 , not sure if that made a difference, but the main difference between the seamless wipe yesterday and today was that yesterday I ran the heater on my glass a few minutes prior to activating wipers and I didn’t use any wiper fluid yesterday, today I didn’t run the heat because I was in a rush and used the wipers first then the wipers with fluid secondly and that’s where I noticed streaking, slight improvement with the fluid but still smeary
