Computer stops the vehical from starting

After checking the code on the computer which Cadillac does with out a code reader the starter will not invade new starter and battery. why will it not start?

try a security system reset it may be that or dirty battery terminals. see our link as well as the one in picture your other post said it was a fuel system problem.
