computer bashboard readings

hello, the dashboard keeps reading liftgate ajar, oil change needed, brake fluid low and the brake light stays on. all these continue to flash across bashboard but they are all closed, full and just changed oil. Can you advise me on what would cause this so I could give my wife some assurance that's nothing is wrong because she drive this vehicle? Thanks

have a mechanic scan for codes it may be a front or rear control module screwing up putting them on you can check door ajar switch in lift gate and see if brake light switch is sending power as it may be coincidence on a few things.
