I need to replace computer in my car. I have a computer plus EBM and key lock with keys from wreckers. Does it make any difference if the last number on the end of the ten numbers is wrong?

If you replace it a mechanic will need to program it to your car otherwise it will not work.

Thanks for reply and yes I have it booked in at Mazda, but I found parts computer EBM and keys plus ignition and sent them to Mazda. I was worried that as the last number on the ten numbers of the computer is different and it may not work or can they reprogram it?

That will be hard to say. Did the wrecker say it will work? They are usually pretty good about things like that.

Please let us know what happens so it will help others

Best, Ken
